These guys are amazing. Had engine trouble and couldn't leave my vehicle behind. Frank was polite and came exactly when he said he would. (Maybe 30 mins) and was the most professional towing and recovery driver I've ever met. Got my wife and I home safely and promptly and was pleasant to be around the entire ride home. If you need a professional who runs His business with integrity, call this guy!!

Atlas Towing, I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your assistance. Wesley was my operator and although I do not know the first thing about towing I think he did an excellent job. He communicated when he was on his way and when he arrived. He executed the tow with extreme professionalism. I noticed he did not rely solely on the back up cameras but continuously exited the vehicle to ensure he was in proper alignment and would not cause any damage to my vehicle. At no point did I feel as though I had no idea what was going on. He was very friendly. The truck was clean (I had to ride with him back to the house) and smelled good. And he knew I just finished work and continually tried to make me as comfortable as possible offering to adjust the air or help me move my seat back. I explained to him that in his line of profession he tends to catch people on their worst days similar to a mortician just not as grave (pun intended). With that being said he actually made it an enjoyable experience. I feel like I gained a friend.

Atlas Recovery & Towing has five stars for a reason. They are friendly, skilled, and flexible when it comes to towing. They have amazing customer service skills and their towing proficiency is top notch.We used their services to tow a 69 Triumph GT 6 on Columbus Air Force base and when we ran into multiple issues concerning base access, Atlas recovery had no issues working with us. The tow ended up being two hours due to issues with the base, and Atlas towing never showed any animosity towards us and didn't not raise the price(which was $85). They were so caring and kind, that they even went out of their way to call another driver, who was off that day and possessed military base access, to ensure we could get the car on base.Overall, Atlas Recovery & Towing is a selfless towing company that truly cares about helping its community with all their towing needs. When we offered to tip them, the politely declined. This is a direct representation of how amazing their services truly are!

WOW WHERE DO I START..I CALLED FRANK UP WITH A DOWN TRUCK PULLING MY CAMPER HOME I HAD USSUES OVER HEATING AND WAS HEADINGNTO THE NEXT JOB...HE DROVE OUT OF STATE CAME AND GOT MY CAMPER AND SET IT UP FOR ME WHILE U WAS IN ORIENTATION I CANT TELL YOU WHAT A BURDEN THAT WAS AND HE TOOK CARE IF IT..I RECOMMEND ATLAS AND FRANK AND TAMMY FOR ANY JOB UOU MAY HAVE BIG IR SMALL THERE DEDICATION IS TO YOU THERE COSTOMER AND THATS JUST GREAT BUISNESS AND MY FAMILY AND I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGHTONY & CHERI GILBERT

I give Atlas a 10/10 rating! I had to call them to tow my vehicle from a store about 15 minutes from my house back to my house. The lady at the office was super nice on the phone! I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. They sent a guy named Wesley out and it didn’t take him long to get there at all. He showed and he was so helpful and asked if there was anything else I needed. He parked it exactly how I requested at my home. You never know when you’re going to have to have your vehicle towed but if you ever do I highly recommend Atlas Towing and Recovery!

I locked my keys in my car at Lowe's in Starkville. Called Atlas and they were there within a few minutes and got the car unlocked. At a very reasonable price. Recommend Atlas for all your towing needs.

Tonight I got a flat tire just outside of West Point and was alone. I did not have a spare or jack. Wesley saw me on the side of the road at 10pm at night and helped me. He plugged the tire and fixed it. Wesley did not have to do that but he did. He was so nice and so helpful. I recommend him to anyone. Wesley needs to be recognized for this amazing gesture he did. I wish there were more people like him. Thank you so much, Wesley, for your help tonight with my busted tire.
